摘　　要：目的:分析研究磁共振成像真实稳态进动快速成像(true Fast imaging of steady precession, true FISP)联合单次激发快速自旋回波(single shot fast spin echo, ssFSE)序列评估孕妇前置胎盘合并胎盘植入的应用价值。方法:本研究对象选择2021年6月-2022年10月我院收治的106例超声诊断疑似前置胎盘合并胎盘植入患者,所有患者均接受磁共振成像true FISP序列联合ssFSE序列检查;以术后病理作为“金标准”,观察true FISP序列联合ssFSE序列的影像学表现,并分析true FISP序列及ssFSE序列单独及联合对前置胎盘合并胎盘植入诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确度。结果:前置胎盘合并胎盘植入患者74例(69.81%)、无合并胎盘植入患者32例(30.19%),其中true FISP联合ssFSE序列评估前置胎盘合并胎盘植入的敏感度、特异度及准确度明显高于true FISP、ssFSE序列,差异体现出统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:true FISP联合ssFSE序列是磁共振成像评估前置胎盘合并胎盘植入的有效检查方法,且联合评估的效果更好,值得临床推广。Objective:To Analyze the application value of assessment of placenta praevia and placenta implantation with magnetic resonance imaging true FISP(true Fast imaging of steady precession)and ssFSE(single shot fast spin echo)sequence.Methods:The study surveyed 106 cases of patients of suspected placenta praevia and placenta implantation with ultrasonic diagnosis from June 2021 to October 2022 in our hospital.And all patients were examined by magnetic resonance imaging true FISP and ssFSE sequence,taking postoperative pathology as the“gold standard”,to observe imaging features with true FISP and ssFSE sequence,and analysis the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of single or combined placenta praevia and placenta implantation with true FISP and ssFSE sequence.Results:74 cases of placenta previa and placenta implantation(69.81%),32 cases of(30.19%)without Combined placenta implantation.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of assessment of placenta praevia and placenta implantation with true FISP combined with ssFSE sequence is higher than with true FISP and ssFSE sequence,the difference is significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:true FISP combined with ssFSE sequence is an effective inspection method of the assessment of placenta praevia and placenta implantation with magnetic resonance imaging,and the effect of joint assessment is better,is worth promoting clinically.
