摘 要:针对目前电机制造厂家缺乏对永磁体磁性能的有效检验手段,提出了一种实用的测量方法。利用永磁体的磁性能和尺寸等数据,通过公式计算出磁偶极矩和磁矩;根据亥姆霍兹线圈和数字积分式磁通计的参数设置,测量出永磁体的磁偶极矩和磁矩;将两者进行比较,判断永磁体的磁性能是否符合要求。通过实例计算与测量,证明了该方法的有效性。A practical measurement method is proposed against the phenomenon of lack of the effective means to test the magnetic properties of permanent magnets among motor manufacturers recently.The magnetic dipole moment and magnetic moment of the permanent magnet are calculated by using such data as magnetic properties and dimensions of the permanent magnet through the formula.The magnetic dipole moment and magnetic moment of the permanent magnet are measured according to the parameter settings of the Helmholtz coil and the digital integral flux meter.The comparison of the two determines whether the magnetic properties of the permanent magnet meet the re・quirements.The validity of the method is also demonstrated by means of practical calculation and measurement.
