爱尔兰地区公共图书馆面向弱势群体的健康信息服务研究

摘　　要：文章采用网络调查、访谈与实地调查法,研究爱尔兰地区公共图书馆面向弱势群体的健康信息服务。调查发现为弱势群体提供的健康信息资源包括健康文献资源、促进健康的疗愈空间、健康信息馆员与促进健康的活动,重点针对群体包括老年人、残疾人、神经发育障碍群体、智障群体、少数民族与移民群体。其特点包括积极融入国家战略、从社会因素促进健康、重视减轻疫情影响、建立完整宣传渠道。研究在此之上为我国公共图书馆的健康信息服务提出相关建议。Using the methods of network survey,interview and field investigation,this paper studies the health information service of public libraries in Ireland for vulnerable populations.It is found that health information resources for vulnerable populations include health literature resources,healing spaces for health promotion,health information librarians,and health promotion activities,with a focus on the elderly,people with disabilities,people with neurodevelopmental disabilities,people with intellectual disabilities,ethnic minorities and immigrant groups.Features of these libraries include actively integrating into national strategies,promoting health from social factors,focusing on mitigating the impact of the epidemic,and establishing complete publicity channels.On this basis,relevant suggestions are put forward for the public libraries of our country.
