加味异功散联合双歧四联活菌片对脾胃虚弱型小儿厌食症临床症状及血清胃肠激素、微量元素的影响

摘　　要：目的观察加味异功散联合双歧四联活菌片对脾胃虚弱型小儿厌食症临床症状及血清胃肠激素、微量元素的影响。方法前瞻性选取2020年1月至2022年8月广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院收治的93例脾胃虚弱型小儿厌食症患儿为研究对象,根据入院序号采用奇偶数分组法分为两组。对照组45例给予双歧四联活菌片治疗,观察组48例给予加味异功散联合双歧四联活菌片治疗。比较两组厌食症状消失时间、日摄食量、体重、中医证候积分、血清胃肠激素、微量元素及疗效的差异。结果观察组厌食症状消失时间为(5.06±1.41)d,短于对照组[(6.96±2.15)d],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组治疗后日摄食量、体重、胃泌素、胃动素、血清钙、血清铁、血清锌较治疗前升高,中医证候积分、VIP、生长抑素较治疗前降低,且观察组治疗后日摄食量、体重、胃泌素、胃动素、微量元素分别为(220.11±23.14)g/d、(35.26±3.44)kg、(70.12±13.4)ng/L、(295.02±51.01)ng/L、(1.93±0.31)μmol/L、(10.47±0.88)μmol/L、(9.47±0.67)μmol/L,均高于对照组[(191.69±24.23)g/d、(31.55±4.01)kg、(52.69±15.22)ng/L、(257.69±48.44)ng/L、(1.74±0.26)μmol/L、(8.56±0.76)μmol/L、(7.01±0.59)μmol/L],中医证候积分、VIP、生长抑素分别为(7.24±1.14)分、(24.15±5.33)ng/L、(101.46±16.43)ng/L,均低于对照组[(12.14±1.63)分、(31.02±6.78)ng/L、(119.96±21.75)ng/L],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的75.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味异功散联合双歧四联活菌片可促进脾胃虚弱型小儿厌食症患者症状消失,调节胃肠激素和微量元素的表达。Objective To observe the effect of Jiawei Yigong Powder and Bifid Quadruple Viable Tablets on the clinical symptoms,serum gastrointestinal hormones and trace elements of anorexia in children with spleen stomach asthenia.Methods From January 2020 to August 2022,ninety-three children with anorexia of spleen stomach weakness type admitted to Ruikang Hospital,Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were prospectively selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by odd even number grouping according to the admission number.Forty-five cases in the control group were treated with Bifid Quadruple Viable Tablets,and 48 cases in the observation group were treated with Jiawei Yigong Powder and Bifid Quadruple Viable Tablets.The difference of anorexia symptom disappearance time,daily food intake,body weight,TCM syndrome score,serum gastrointestinal hormones,trace elements and efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of anorexia symptoms in the observation group was(5.06±1.41)d,which was shorter than that in the control group[(6.96±2.15)d],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The daily food intake,body weight,gastrin,motilin,serum calcium,serum iron and serum zinc of the observation group and the control group after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the TCM syndrome score,VIP and somatostatin were lower than those before treatment,daily food intake,body weight,gastrin,motilin and trace elements in observation group were(220.11±23.14)g/d,(35.26±3.44)kg,(70.12±13.4)ng/L,(295.02±51.01)ng/L,(1.93±0.31)μmol/L,(10.47±0.88)μmol/L,(9.47±0.67)μmol/L,respectively,which were higher than those in control group[(191.69±24.23)g/d,(31.55±4.01)kg,(52.69±15.22)ng/L,(257.69±48.44)ng/L,(1.74±0.26)μmol/L,(8.56±0.76)μmol/L,(7.01±0.59)μmol/L],the TCM syndrome score,VIP and somatostatin were(7.24±1.14)points,(24.15±5.33)ng/L,(101.46±16.43)ng/L,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group[(12.14±1.63
