摘　　要：在国内市场经济稳定发展的大环境下,心理健康水平现已成为社会评价与衡量人才的关键标准。心理健康水平既关乎大学生学习、成才与生活,同时也关乎国家人才培养工作总体质量,对中国式现代化建设效果有着重大影响。所以,深入探究大学生心理健康教育模式的优化与创新,有着重要社会意义及现实价值。对此,学校方面与心理健康教师要融合心理健康教育模式的根本要求,探究优化与创新心理健康模式的有效策略,通过在思想层面明确价值引领、建设全方位融合教育方法、优化心理健康教育内容供给以及构建家校合作的教育体系,为大学生实现身心健康发展打下坚实基础。In the context of the stable development of the domestic market economy,the level of mental health has become the key standard for social evaluation and measurement of talents.The level of mental health is not only related to the study,growth and life of college students,but also to the overall quality of national talent training,which has a significant impact on the effect of Chinese path to modernization.In this regard,schools and mental health teachers should integrate the fundamental requirements of the mental health education model,explore effective strategies to optimize and innovate the mental health model,and lay a solid foundation for college students to realize the physical and mental health development by clarifying the value guidance at the ideological level,building a comprehensive integrated education method,optimizing the content supply of mental health education,and building a home-school cooperation education system.
