摘　　要：为研究领春木(Euptelea pleiosperma)不同播种材料萌发特性的差异,采用种子、果实及去翅果实在20℃光照条件下进行播种试验,探讨温度、光照、播种基质对其去翅果实萌发特性的影响,在不同温度、光照和播种基质条件下进行播种试验,计算种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数。结果表明,采用种子播种,其发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数最高,分别为59.33%、46.67%、2.51,均显著高于果实和去翅果实,果实与去翅果实间无显著差异。温度对领春木去翅果实的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数有极显著影响,15~25℃和20~30℃变温条件下隶属函数值分别为0.95、0.93,为最适萌发温度。光照对领春木去翅果实发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均无显著影响。泥炭土、沙子、珍珠岩、蛭石4种播种基质中,泥炭土中发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数分别为42.67%、26.67%、0.81,隶属函数值最高(0.76),为领春木最佳播种基质。In order to study the difference of germination characteristics of different seeding materials of Euptelea pleiosperma,seeds,fruits and wingless fruits were sown under 20℃ and light;The effects of temperature,light and sowing media on the germination characteristics of wingless fruits of Euptelea pleiosperma were further discussed.The seeding experiments were carried out under different temperature,light and sowing media conditions to calculate the germination rate,germination potential and germination index of seeds.The results showed that seed sowing had the highest germination rate,germination potential and germination index,which were 59.33%,46.67% and 2.51 respectively,which were significantly higher than fruits and wingless fruits.There was no significant difference between fruits and wingless fruits.Temperature had a significant effect on the germination rate,germination potential and germination index of wingless fruits of Euptelea pleiosperma.Under the condition of fluctuating temperature of 15-25℃ and 20-30℃,the membership function scores were 0.95 and 0.93,which were the most suitable temperature.Light had no significant effect on the germination rate,germination potential and germination index of wingless fruits of Euptelea pleiosperma.Among the four sowing medias of Peat soil,Sand,Expanded perlite and Vermiculite,the germination rate,germination potential and germination index in Peat soil were 42.67%,26.67% and 0.81 respectively,and the membership function scores was the highest(0.76),which was the best sowing medias for Euptelea pleiosperma.
