摘 要:利用昭君白茶主要产茶区采集的峡口镇、黄粮镇、高桥乡、水月寺镇的区域站的气象要素、地理信息、气候资源分布、土壤化学特征,分析海拔、温度、相对湿度、日照时数、土壤类型、土壤化学元素含量对白茶生长及成茶品质的影响,在此基础上建立昭君白茶适宜性指标比配关系,基于GIS平台空间分析法划分昭君白茶种植优质区、适宜区和不适宜区。结果表明,昭君白茶优质种植区的适宜气象指标为温度15~25℃、相对湿度70%~80%、日照时数在1550 h以上;优质昭君白茶种植区主要分布在海拔600~900 m;紫色土为昭君白茶优质种植区的主要土壤类型,黄壤土次之;Zn、Mg、Mn是影响昭君白茶成茶品质的主要化学元素;优质区主要分布在峡口镇普安村、岩岭村。Using the meteorological elements,geographical information,distribution of climatic resources,and soil chemical characteristics of regional stations in Xiakou Town,Huangliang Town,Gaoqiao Township and Shuiyuesi Town collected from the main tea producing areas of Zhaojun White Tea,the effects of altitude,temperature,relative humidity,sunshine hours,soil type,and soil chemical element content on the growth and tea quality of Zhaojun White Tea were analyzed,Based on this,the suitability index matching relationship of Zhaojun white tea was established,and the high-quality,suitable area and unsuitable areas for planting Zhaojun white tea planting were divided based on the spatial analysis method on the GIS platform.The results showed that the suitable meteorological indicators for the high-quality planting area of Zhaojun white tea were temperature 15-25℃,relative humidity 70%-80%,and sunshine hours above 1550 hours;the high-quality white tea planting area was mainly distributed at an altitude of 600-900 m;purple soil type was used as high-quality planting area for Zhaojun white tea,followed by yellow soil;Zn,Mg and Mn were the main chemical elements that affect the quality of Zhaojun white tea.
