高校拔尖创新人才培养模式的实践与思考——以华南农业大学“农学丁颖创新班”为例

摘　　要：“丁颖创新班”是华南农业大学拔尖创新人才培养模式,在招生与分流、通识教育、专业必修和选修、实践教学和创新能力培养等教育环节进行有益的探索和实践。以“农学丁颖创新班”为例,对拔尖创新人才的培养模式、办学成效、问题与不足、改进策略与建议等进行系统梳理和分析,为农业高校新农科建设时期创新人才培养提供思路和借鉴。“Dingying innovation class”is a training mode for top-notch innovative talents of South China Agricultural University.It makes beneficial exploration and practice in the education links of enrollment and diversion,general education,professional required and elective courses,practical teaching and innovation ability training.Taking“Dingying innovation class in agriculture”as an example,this paper systematically sorts out and analyzes the cultivation mode,education results,problems and deficiencies,improvement strategies and suggestions of top-notch innovative talents,so as to provide ideas and reference for the cultivation of innovative talents in the period of new agricultural science construction in agricultural universities.
