创新型制鞋工坊匠人培养模式研究

摘　　要：现代化的制鞋发展日新月异,并没有妨碍传统手工制鞋技术的完整流传,制鞋工坊一直是定制鞋的最好选择。文章研究了培养具有匠人精神人才的方法,分析了制鞋工坊的工艺流程、制鞋手工技术的特点,并阐述了创新型制鞋工坊匠人需要具备的素养,总结了创新型制鞋工坊匠人的培养模式。The development of modern shoemaking is changing with each passing day,which has not hindered the completespread of traditional manual shoemaking technology.Shoemaking workshops have always been the best choice for customized shoes.This paper studied the methods of cultivating talents with craftsmanship spirit,analyzed the technological process of the shoemaking workshop and the characteristics of the shoemaking manual technology,expounded the qualities that the innovative shoemaking workshop craftsmen need to have,and summarized the training mode of the innovative shoemaking workshop craftsmen.
