摘 要:以乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)为基体,滑石粉(TALC)为填料,采用模压法制备了高性能EVA复合发泡材料。研究了不同填料含量对复合发泡材料交联特性、形貌结构和元素分布、密度、发泡倍率、硬度、回弹性、压缩永久变形的影响。结果表明,在一定范围内随着TALC用量的增加,复合发泡材料的最佳交联时间先缩短后不再明显变化,黏滞性增加,密度不变,发泡倍率增大,硬度降低,回弹性和压缩永久变形降低;复合发泡材料的微观形貌特征为闭孔结构,填料为片层状结构且较均匀分散在复合发泡材料表面,泡孔直径远大于填料尺寸。The high-performance ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)foamed composites were prepared by compression molding,using EVA as main substrate,talcum powder(TALC)as filler.The effects of different filler dosages on the crosslinking behavior,morphology,element mapping,density,expansion ratio,hardness,resilience and compression permanent deformation of foamed composites were investigated.Results show that as the TALC dosage increases in a certain range,the optimal crosslinking time is firstly shortened and then no significant change,viscosity hysteresis and expansion ratio are increased,density is invariant,hardness is decreased,resilience and compression permanent deformation are decreased on the foamed composite.The microstructure of foamed composite is a closed pore structure.The filler is lamellar structure,and the filler is more evenly dispersed on the surface of the foamed composite.The pore diameters of foamed composite are much larger than the sizes of filler.
