摘  要:近年来,公众健康意识不断提升。在全民体育号召下,越来越多人主动参与到体育锻炼与活动中,由此产生的运动损伤也随之增多。膝关节是人体复杂关节,同时也是运动损伤多发部位,前交叉韧带(ACL)损伤在篮球、足球等运动中较为常见。如何预防运动中ACL损伤、维持膝关节生物力学功能备受关注。足弓支撑鞋垫(AC)是矫正足型及平足治疗的常规用具,能够降低前掌压力,降低运动损伤风险。研究先对足弓支撑鞋垫进行介绍,并对膝关节生物力学特征与ACL损伤现状进行分析,通过试验探究了AS对膝关节生物力学特征及ACL损伤的影响。结果证实AS可提升运动表现,改善运动疲劳所致的下肢动作模式改变,对ACL损伤具有一定的预防作用。In recent years,public health awareness has been continuously improved.Under the call of national sports,more and more people actively participate in physical exercise and activities,and the resulting sports injuries also increase.The knee joint is a complex joint of the human body,and it is also a frequently-occurring part of sports injury.Anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)injury is more common in basketball,football and other sports.How to prevent ACL injury in sports and maintain the biomechanical function of knee joint has attracted much attention.Arch Support insole(AS)is a conventional appliance for correcting foot shape and flat foot treatment,which can reduce forefoot pressure and reduce the risk of sports injury.The study introduced the arch support insole,analyzed the biomechanical characteristics of knee joint and the current situation of ACL injury,and explored the effect of AS on the biomechanical characteristics of knee joint and ACL injury through experiments.The results show that AS could improve the performance of exercise,improve the movement pattern changes of lower limbs caused by exercise fatigue,and have a certain preventive effect on ACL injury.
