环保型体育用品合成革的制备工艺与性能优势研究

摘　　要：简单介绍了目前我国环保型合成革的分类和特点,并针对传统合成革制备工艺中排污量大、污染严重等问题,提出了一种环保型合成革制备工艺,同时探究了每种环保型合成革应用于运动服装、运动鞋、篮球、足球等体育用品中的性能优势,以期促进环保型合成革在体育用品中的应用,为制革工艺的清洁化发展探索可行的工艺路线。The classifications and characteristics of environment friendly synthetic leather were introduced.In order to solve the problems of large amount of pollution and serious pollution in the traditional synthetic leather manufacturing process,an environment-friendly synthetic leather manufacturing process was put forward.The performance advantages of each environment-friendly synthetic leather applied in sports apparel,athletic shoes,basketball,football and other sports articles were explored.It aims to promote the application of environmental protection synthetic leather in sports goods,and explore a feasible process route for the clean development of leather technology.
