摘 要:本文考察了使用含铬革屑资源化利用一体机制备的含铬蛋白填料在黄牛皮鞋面革染整中的应用性能。试验表明:将自制的含铬蛋白填料(CPR)用于黄牛皮鞋面革复鞣填充工序,与不使用CPR相比,坯革具有一定的增厚效果,使用10%CPR时坯革柔软度有显著增强,坯革的抗张强度提升87.18%,撕裂强度提升64.50%;并有效促进了染料的吸收,湿整理废水中的总有机碳降低12.75%。The application performance of chromium-containing protein filler(CPR)prepared by the all-in-one machine for chromium-containing leather scraps resource utilization in dyeing and finishing of cattle leather upper was investigated.The results show that when chromium-containing protein filler(CPR)is used in the filling process,compared with the leather without treatment using CPR,the leather treated with CPR has a certain thickening effect,material the softness of leather is significantly enhanced by using 10%CPR.The tensile strength of leather is increased by 87.18%,respectively.The tear strength of leather is increased by 64.50%.Moreover,CPR could promote the absorption of dyes and reduce the total organic carbon in wastewater by 12.75%.
