摘 要:目的:评价我院隔离院区消毒效果并提出建议。方法:收集分析2022年1月1日T月22日期间共46172条环境物体表面污染的数据,使用荧光定量PCR对SARS-CoV-2进行检测,发现共有阳性数据169条(0.4%)。结果:环境物体表面新冠病毒监测阳性样本日期分布与在院人数增长趋势基本吻合;病区通风系统的负压回风口(考虑与采样位置有关)、卫生间内设施及其他患者手部接触频次较高的物体表面阳性率较高;且负压救护车内也发现有阳性样本。10组样本消毒前后均呈阳性,特别是负压回风口及卫生间水龙头表面,表明现行消毒措施须改进。结论:须调整现有消毒方案,针对不同位置和材质的物体采取差异性消毒改进措施。Objective:To evaluate the disinfection effect of isolated hospital areas in our hospital and put forward some suggestions.Methods:The data collected from a total of 46172 pieces of surface samples were analyzed from January 1 to April 22,2022 and a total of 169(0.4%)pieces of samples were found to be positive(unqualified)by detecting of SARS-CoV-2 on the surface of objects using fluorescence quantitative PCR.Results:The date distribution of positive samples was basically consistent with the increasing trend of the number of patients in hospital.The samples from the negative pressure return air outlet of the ventilation system in the ward(related to sampling location),the facilities in the toilet and other surfaces which have high frequency of contact with patients hands showed higher positive,and positive samples were also found in the negative pressure ambulance.The samples from 10 groups of objects were all showed positive before and after disinfection,especially on the surfaces of negative pressure return air outlet and toilet faucet,which indicated that the current disinfection measures should be improved.Conclusion:It is necessary to adjust the existing disinfection plan and take differentiated disinfection improvement measures for objects of different positions and materials.
