服用铝碳酸镁的慢性胃炎患者报告结局研究

摘　　要：目的:分析在零售药店自行购买铝碳酸镁治疗慢性胃炎相关症状患者的患者报告结局,评估铝碳酸镁在这类患者人群中的疗效和患者满意度。方法:2020年12月—2021年4月,对在上海、北京、广州、成都、武汉5城市零售药店自行购买铝碳酸镁治疗慢性胃炎相关症状的患者进行患者报告结局问卷调查,收集患者的人口学、慢性胃炎认知、慢性胃炎症状评估、铝碳酸镁疗效和患者满意度等信息,采用描述性统计方法进行分析。结果:共获得有效问卷5081份。患者症状以反酸(48.1%)、胃痛(44.8%)、胃胀(38.5%)等最为常见,曾经历≥2种症状的患者比例为51.6%。服用铝碳酸镁后,>60%的慢性胃炎症状可在10 min内得以完全缓解,其中胃痛、反酸、胃灼热感、胃胀和打嗝的10 min完全缓解率分别为70.8%、72.3%、74.6%、61.2%和61.9%。结论:自行购买并服用铝碳酸镁能够快速、有效地缓解慢性胃炎症状,患者满意度较高。Objective:To analyze patient-reported outcomes(PRO)who was taking hydrotalcite purchased at retail pharmacies for chronic gastritis(CG)-related symptoms treatment so as to assess the efficacy of hydrotalcite and the satisfaction of this patient population.Methods:PRO questionnaire survey was conducted for patients who purchased hydrotalcite in retail pharmacies in five cities:Shanghai,Beijing,Guangzhou,Chengdu and Wuhan for the treatment of CG-related symptoms from December 2020 to April 2021.The data containing demography,awareness of CG,symptom assessment,the efficacy of hydrotalcite and their satisfaction were collected,and analyzed by descriptive statistical methods.Results:A total of 5081 valid questionnaires were obtained.The most common symptoms were acid regurgitation(48.1%),stomachache(44.8%)and gastric distension(38.5%),and the patients who suffered from two or more symptoms accounted for 51.6%.Over 60%of symptoms could be completely relieved within 10 minutes after oral administration of hydrotalcite,including 70.8%of stomachache,72.3%of acid regurgitation,74.6%of heartburn,61.2%of gastric distension,and 61.9%of hiccups.Conclusion:Self-purchasing and taking hydrotalcite can quickly and effectively relieve the symptoms of CG,and patient satisfaction is high.
