摘  要:试验旨在比较蛋鸡产蛋后期日粮中添加高水平(125μg/kg)维生素D_(3)(VD_(3))、25-羟基维生素D_(3)(25-OH-D_(3))与普通水平(62.5μg/kg)VD_(3)对蛋品质、血清免疫球蛋白水平、输卵管黏膜形态和炎性细胞因子基因表达量的影响。采用单因素试验设计,将60周龄产蛋后期的罗曼灰蛋鸡1512只随机分为3个日粮处理组,每个处理12个重复,每个重复42只鸡。试验持续12周。对照组为基础日粮中添加普通水平(62.5μg/kg)的VD_(3),试验组分别为在基础日粮中添加高水平(125μg/kg)的VD_(3)或25-OH-D_(3)。结果表明:与对照组相比,第12周时蛋鸡25-OH-D_(3)组鸡蛋的蛋白高度、哈夫单位和粗蛋白含量都显著提高(P<0.05),25-OH-D_(3)组蛋鸡血清免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白M和免疫球蛋白G含量显著提高(P<0.05),25-OH-D_(3)组输卵管黏膜的褶皱宽度、褶皱高度和上皮层厚度显著提高(P<0.05),VD_(3)组和25-OH-D_(3)组输卵管黏膜炎性细胞因子白介素1β、白介素8、肿瘤坏死因子的m RNA表达量显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,在日粮中添加125μg/kg 25-OH-D_(3)能提高产蛋后期蛋鸡的蛋品质、机体免疫功能,减缓输卵管炎症。The purpose of this experiment was to compare the effects of high level(125μg/kg)vitamin D_(3)(VD_(3))or 25 hydroxyvitamin D_(3)(25-OH-D_(3))and commercial general level(62.5μg/kg)VD_(3)added to the diet of laying hens in the late laying period on egg quality,serum immune globulin levels,morpholo⁃gy of oviduct mucosa and gene expression of inflammatory cytokines.Using a single factor design,total of 1512 Roman grey laying hens aged 60 weeks at late laying stage were randomly divided into three di⁃etary treatments,with 12 replicates for each treatment and 42 chickens for each replicate.The test lasted for 12 weeks.The control group added normal lev⁃el(62.5μg/kg)VD_(3)to the basic diet,and the oth⁃er 2 groups added high level(125μg/kg)VD_(3)and 25-OH-D_(3)to the basic diet.The results showed that:Compared with the control group,the albumen height,haugh unit and crude protein of egg powder of laying hens in 25-OH-D_(3)group on 12th week were significantly increased(P<0.05);The content of serum IgA,IgM,IgG of laying hens in 25-OH-D_(3)group on 12th week were significantly increased(P<0.05);The fold width,fold height and epithelial layer thickness of fallopian tubes in VD_(3)group and 25-OH-D_(3)group were significantly increased(P<0.05);The mRNA expressions of inflammato⁃ry cytokines interleukin 1β,interleukin 8 and tumor necrosis factor of tubal mucosa in VD_(3)group and 25-OH-D_(3)group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).In conclusion,the addition of 125μg/kg 25-OH-D_(3)to the diet can improve the egg quality,immune function and alleviate oviduct inflammation of laying hens in the late laying period.
