摘 要:为实现焦化硫泡沫制酸副产稀硫酸的无害化利用,在分析稀硫酸的来源、化学组分及制酸系统工艺特点的基础上,进行了焦化硫泡沫制酸副产稀硫酸资源化利用改造和硫酸尾气组合塔工艺、吸收工序的参数调整。试运行结果表明:采用稀硫酸替代浓硫酸处理预处理尾气,可满足相关标准的排放要求;采用稀硫酸替代除盐水调节成品酸浓度和作为吸收剂使用,成品酸浓度可稳定达标;将稀硫酸回用至制酸系统,年可产生经济效益约70万元,表明焦化硫泡沫制酸副产稀硫酸在制酸系统内部进行消化是一种可行方案。In order to realize the harmless utilization of dilute sulfuric acid byproduct from coking sulfur foam,based on the analysis of the source of dilute sulfuric acid,its chemical components and process characteristics of acid production system,the resource utilization of dilute sulfuric acid byproduct from coking sulfur foam was carried out,and the parameters of sulfuric acid tail gas absorption combination tower and absorption process were adjusted.The test results showed that the exhaust gas treated by dilute sulfuric acid instead of concentrated sulfuric acid could meet the emission requirements of relevant standards.When dilute sulfuric acid was used instead of demineralized water to adjust the concentration of product acid and used as absorbent,the concentration of product acid could meet the standard stably.The annual economic benefit of about 700 thousand yuan could be generated by reusing dilute sulfuric acid to the acid making system,which indicated that the use of dilute sulfuric acid byproduct within the acid making system was a feasible scheme.
