摘　　要：介绍了榆能化公司一期启动项目和二期填平补齐工程概况,以及为实现两期项目相互依托、物料平衡进行的73项互联互通管线应用实践。互联互通管线实施后,实现了资源的合理有效利用,使公用介质波动减小、系统平稳率提高,事故应急方式增多、缓冲性增大,检修开车期间气体互通应用、实现节能降耗。The overview was made on the Phase I start-up project and full capacity utilization&product structure optimization of Shaanxi Yanchang China Coal Yulin Energy&Chemical Co.,Ltd.and 73 interconnected pipeline application practices for realizing mutual support and material balance of the two project phases.Through interconnected pipelines,it realized rational and effective utilization of resources,reduced the fluctuation of utilities,improved the system stability,increased the ways of emergency response and buffering,and the gas interconnection during the maintenance and startup achieved energy saving and consumption reduction.
