摘 要:为了解决甲醇水冷器进口管道的安全问题,对其进行壁厚测量,发现其腐蚀速率较大,主要原因是电化学腐蚀、化学腐蚀和超负荷运行。对此管线进行了重新设计,并对新管线的应力和壁厚进行了校核,结果表明所设计的不锈钢管线布置合理,应力和壁厚满足要求。新管线投运后运行良好,可有效防范甲醇水冷器进口管线事故发生。In order to solve the safety problem of the inlet pipeline of water cooler for methanol synthesis,it was found that the corrosion rate was relatively high when measuring its wall thickness,and the main reasons for corrosion were electrochemical corrosion,chemical corrosion and overload operation.Therefore,the pipeline was redesigned and the stress and wall thickness of the new pipeline were checked.The results showed that the stress and wall thickness of the new stainless steel pipeline met the requirements and the pipeline layout was reasonable.This method could effectively prevent the accidents of inlet pipeline of water cooler for methanol synthesis,which could be taken as reference for the subsequent design and replacement of the similar pipeline.
