摘  要:山西焦化股份有限公司为挖掘苯加氢装置在产能释放方面的潜力,对贫溶剂系统、苯塔采出工艺路线、注水泵等进行了技术改造,并通过优化苯塔塔顶压力、塔顶回流量,萃取精馏塔塔顶压力、进料温度、溶剂比等工艺运行指标,最终将粗苯加工负荷由设计能力的12.5 t/h提高至14.5 t/h,并有效解决了纯苯质量波动、非芳烃中甲苯含量波动的问题。In order to exploit the potential of the benzene hydrogenation unit in terms of capacity release,technical renovations on the lean solvent system,benzene tower extraction process route and water injection pump had been made in Shanxi Coking Group Co.,Ltd.By optimizing the process operation indicators such as benzene tower top pressure,tower top reflux rate,extraction and distillation tower top pressure,feed temperature and solvent ratio,the crude benzene processing load had been increased from the designed capacity of 12.5 t/h to 14.5 t/h,having effectively solved the problems of fluctuations in the quality of pure benzene and toluene content in non-aromatic hydrocarbons.
