摘　　要：目的分析鼻内镜手术联合低温等离子刀治疗慢性鼻窦炎的效果及对患者肺通气功能、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2021年1月本院接收的120例慢性鼻窦炎患者,按电脑数字表法将其随机分为对照组(60例,鼻内镜手术)和观察组(60例,鼻内镜手术联合低温等离子刀治疗)。比较两组的临床疗效、肺通气功能、炎性因子水平及嗅觉功能。结果观察组术后半年的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。出院日,观察组的TNF-α、IL-17水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后半年,观察组的第1秒用力呼吸容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV_(1)/FVC、呼气峰流速(PEF)大于对照组(P<0.05)。术后半年,观察组的嗅觉功能分级优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜手术联合低温等离子刀治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床效果显著,有助于改善肺通气功能、炎性因子水平,促进嗅觉功能恢复。Objective To analyze the effect of nasal endoscopic surgery combined with low temperature plasma knife in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and its influences on pulmonary ventilation function,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-17(IL-17)of patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic sinusitis received in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group(60 cases,nasal endoscopic surgery)and observation group(60 cases,nasal endoscopic surgery combined with low temperature plasma knife)according to the computer digital table method.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary ventilation function,inflammatory factors levels and olfactory function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group half year after operation was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).On the day of discharge,the levels of TNF-αand IL-17 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Half year after operation,the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV_(1)/FVC and peak expiratory flow(PEF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Half year after operation,the olfactory function grading of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nasal endoscopic surgery combined with low temperature plasma knife in the treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis has a significant clinical effect,which is helpful to improve pulmonary ventilation function,inflammatory factors levels,and promote the recovery of olfactory function.
