分级心理护理在肝硬化并发上消化道出血反复入院患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨分级心理护理在肝硬化并发上消化道出血(UGB)反复入院患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院2019年7月至2021年7月收治的70例肝硬化并发UGB反复入院患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为护理A组和护理B组,各35例。护理A组给予常规护理,护理B组在常规护理基础上给予分级心理护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果护理B组的治疗总依从率显著高于护理A组(P<0.05)。干预2周后,护理B组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低于护理A组,身体质量指数(BMI)、转铁蛋白水平高于护理A组(P<0.05)。护理B组的护理满意度高于护理A组(P<0.05)。结论分级心理护理干预有助于改善肝硬化并发UGB反复入院患者的治疗依从性和心理状态,提高治疗效果及护理质量,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of graded psychological nursing in patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding(UGB)repeatedly admitted to hospital.Methods A total of 70 patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with UGB repeatedly admitted to hospital admitted in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into nursing group A and nursing group B,with 35 cases in each group.The nursing group A was given routine nursing,and the nursing group B was given graded psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total compliance rate of treatment in the nursing group B was significantly higher than that in the nursing group A(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the nursing group B were lower than those in the nursing group A,while the body mass index(BMI)and transferrin level were higher than those in the nursing group A(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the nursing group B was higher than that of the nursing group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Grading psychological nursing intervention is helpful to ameliorate the treatment compliance and psychological state of patients with cirrhosis complicated with UGB repeatedly admitted to hospital,improve the treatment effect and quality of nursing,which is worth promoting.
