2018—2021年上海某社区托幼机构儿童体检结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解本社区托幼机构儿童的营养健康状况及变化规律,为更好地开展儿童保健工作提供指导和建议。方法2018—2021年对辖区内3所幼儿园内3987名儿童进行常规体检,包括体重、身高、龋齿、视力等。结果体重、身高超均值人数占总体检人数的百分比2018年到2021年逐年上升(P<0.05)。2020年和2021年超重、肥胖儿童检出率与2018年和2019年比较有显著提高(P<0.05)。龋齿的检出率有逐年下降趋势,以2021年最低,为18.3%,与其他3年的龋齿检出率比较有显著降低(P<0.05)。视力不良检出率以2020年最高,达10.1%,与其他3年的视力不良检出率比较有显著提高(P<0.05)。结论本社区超重、肥胖儿童检出率偏高,龋齿检出率有下降趋势,社区、幼儿园及家庭应共同参与,促进儿童健康成长。Objectivee To understand the nutritional health status and change law of children in community kindergartens,so as to provide guidances and suggestions for children's health care in the future.Methods From 2018 to 2021,3987 children in three kindergartens had a physical examination,including weight,height,dental caries,vision,etc.Results The percentage of children whose weight and height exceeded the average in the total number of children increased year by year from 2018 to 2021(P<0.05).The detection rate of overweight and obese children in 2020 and 2021 was significantly higher than that in 2018 and 2019(P<0.05).The detection rate of dental caries in this community has a downward trend year by year,with the lowest in 2021,low to 18.3%,which is significantly lower than that in other three years(P<0.05).The detection rate of poor vision in 2020 was the highest,up to 10.1%,which was significantly higher than that in other three years(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection rate of overweight and obese children in the community is high,and the detection rate of dental caries has a downward trend.The community,kindergartens and families participate together to promote the healthy growth of children.
