运用CONSORT和STRICTA评价针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床分析

摘　　要：目的采用CONSORT声明和STRICTA标准评价针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床随机对照试验文献的报告质量。方法分别通过计算机检索和手工检索所有相关文献,纳入符合标准的针刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床随机对照试验,并采用国际公认的CONSORT声明和报告针刺临床试验中干预措施的国际标准(STRICTA)进行报告质量评价。结果共纳入31篇符合标准的文献,大部分文献存在随机方法描述不清、无随机隐藏、无样本量计算、未使用盲法、针刺细节报道不充分等问题。结论目前针刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床随机对照试验研究报告质量普遍不高,今后应采用CONSORT声明和STRICTA标准进行规范报告。Objective To assess the quality of clinical randomized controlled trials of acupuncture treatment of postherpetic neuralgia by using CONSORT and STRICTA.Methods Eligible literatures were retrieved by computer and hand from the relevant databases and academic journals both at home and abroad,and we used the internationally recognized CONSORT statement and reporting the acupuncture in clinical trials of intervention measures of international standard(STRICTA)to report on the quality evaluation.Results All participants included 31 articles,the majority were with vague description of randomized method,short of random concealment,sample size calculation,blinding method,and lacked of the details of acupuncture operation.Conclusion At present the reporting quality of RCTs of acupuncture for postherpetic neuralgia is not high.In the future,the CONSORT statement and STRICTA standards should be used to do regulate report.
