精准化护理在预防老年伴疼痛患者跌倒中的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨风险识别下的精准化护理在预防疼痛科患者跌倒中的效果。方法选取2020年1~12月疼痛科住院患者189例设为对照组,2021年1~12月疼痛科住院患者187例设为精准化护理组。对照组入院后行Morse跌倒评估量表评估后接受传统预防跌倒流程,精准化护理组患者入院后行Morse跌倒评估量表评估,进行风险因素识别后予精准化护理干预,比较两组患者预防跌倒知信行量表评分及跌倒发生率。结果精准化护理组预防跌倒知信行量表评分在知识、态度、行为方面得分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);精准化护理组患者跌倒1例(0.5%)较对照组跌倒7例(3.7%)降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险识别下的精准化护理能够有效提高疼痛科患者预防跌倒的知信行,降低跌倒事件的发生,保证患者的安全。Objective To explore the effect of precision nursing under risk identification in preventing falls in patients with pain.Methods A total of 189 hospitalized patients in the pain department from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the control group.187 patients hospitalized in the Department of Pain from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the precision nursing group.The control group was assessed with Morse fall assessment after admission and received routine fall prevention process.The patients in the precision nursing group were assessed with Morse fall assessment scale after admission,and then the risk factors were identified for precision nursing intervention.The scores of fall prevention knowledge,belief and practice scale score and the incidence of fall in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of knowledge,attitude and behavior in the precision nursing group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1 patient fell in the precision nursing group(0.5%).Compared with the control group,7 cases of falls(3.7%)were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Precision nursing under risk identification can effectively improve the knowledge,belief and practice of patients in pain department to prevent falls,and reduce the occurrence of falls and ensure the safety of patients.
