摘  要:本文通过在夏季持续极端高温期探索“谷物冷却机+臭氧发生器”组合应用的科技储粮方式,将谷物冷却机产生的冷气与臭氧发生器产生的臭氧气体均匀混合,快速在粮堆内部进行扩散,有效控制新季收购稻谷温度与水分,减小保管难度,同时抑制粮堆内部霉菌滋生,降低异常粮情发生频率,延缓储粮品质劣变,使仓内粮食常储常新,实现科学、绿色、安全储粮。This paper explores the scientific and technological grain storage mode of“grain cooler+ozone generator”combined application during the continuous extreme high temperature period in summer,where the cooled air from the grain coolers is mixed evenly with the ozone gas from the ozone generators and quickly diffused inside the grain pile,effectively controls the temperature and moisture of rice purchased in the new season,reduces the difficulty of storage,while inhibiting the growth of moulds inside the pile and reducing the frequency of abnormal grain conditions,delays the deterioration of grain quality and keeping the grain fresh in the granary,and realizes scientific,green and safe grain storage.
