摘  要:研究了嘧霉胺和多菌灵对枇杷的贮藏保鲜效果及其残留降解情况。结果显示,添加浓度为0.01~2.00 mg·kg^(-1)时,嘧霉胺和多菌灵在枇杷中平均回收率分别为92%~103%和89%~105%,最大相对标准偏差为5.9%,定量限均为0.010 mg·kg^(-1)。残留实验表明,以推荐剂量施药,嘧霉胺在枇杷全果中半衰期为12~19 d,多菌灵在枇杷全果中的半衰期为34~39 d。嘧霉胺浸药处理28 d内的保鲜效果优于多菌灵,整个贮藏期内两种杀菌剂残留量均未超过我国规定的最大残留限量。The storage effect and residual degradation of pyrimethanil and carbendazim on loquat were studied.The average recoveries of pyrimethanil and carbendazim were 92%~103%and 89%~105%with the maximum relative standard deviations of 5.9%at the spiked level of 0.01~2.00 mg·kg^(-1) in loquat,respectively.The limits of quantification were 0.010 mg·kg^(-1) for pyrimethanil and carbendazim.The half lives of pyrimethanil and carbendazim in loquat were 12~19 d and 34~39 d,respectively.The results showed that the preservation effect of pyrimethanil treatment within 28 days was better than that of carbendazim treatment.The residues of the two fungicides did not exceed the maximum residue limit prescribed by China during the whole storage period.
