摘  要:锚索预应力损失是预应力支护失效的关键因素,关系到锚固工程的安全与否,而张拉过程中不同的张拉设备系统造成锚索预应力损失的影响也不同。为了探究不同张拉设备对预应力损失的影响效应,依托甘肃省某公路隧道工程的炭质板岩工段区,选用气动张拉设备和自动张拉设备开展现场试验。试验结果表明:对于此公路隧道炭质板岩的工区,采用自动张拉设备的预应力损失率和离散性均小于气动张拉设备。证明了自动张拉设备在张拉和锚固效果上的优越性,同时也为特定工程的设备选择提供了参考依据。The anchor cable prestress loss is a key factor in the failure of the prestressed support,which is related to the safety of the anchor project,and the impact of the anchor cable prestress loss caused by different tension equipment systems in the tension process is also different.In order to explore the influence of different tensile equipment on prestress loss,this paper relies on the carbonaceous slate section area of a highway tunnel project in Gansu Province,and selects pneumatic tensile equipment and automatic tensile equipment to carry out field tests,the test results show that for the carbonaceous slate construction area of this highway tunnel,the prestress loss rate and discrete type of automatic tensile equipment are smaller than those of pneumatic tensioning equipment,which proves the superiority of automatic tensioning equipment in tension and anchoring effect,and also provides a reference for the selection of equipment for specific projects.
