摘  要:为获得具有可生物相容的中空多孔纤维,利用静电纺丝制备兼中空多孔结构的聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯纤维(PBAT HPMF),首先将聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)分别与三氯甲烷(TCM)混纺得到皮层和芯层溶液,然后经同轴静电纺丝仪器制备出PBAT MF,最后水洗干燥制得PBAT HPMF。结果表明,利用静电纺丝制备出来的PBAT HPMF呈现出三级结构多尺度直径,包括微米级、亚微米级和纳米级,纤维上的孔径大小纳米级结构,当PBAT/PVP质量比为7/3时制备出来的PBAT HPMF孔隙密度最佳。且PBAT HPMF孔隙密度大小直接影响力学性能、热学性能、生物降解性能;并且制备出来的PBAT HPMF和PBAT MF都有着良好的生物相容性。In order to obtain hollow porous fibers with excellent biocompatibility,hollow porous poly(butylene adipate-co-butylene terephthalate)micro-fibers(PBAT HPMFs)were prepared by electrospinning.Firstly,poly(butylene adipate-co-butylene terephthalate)(PBAT)and polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)were mixed with chloroform(TCM)to obtain skin and core solution,respectively.Then,poly(butylene adipate-co-butylene terephthalate)(PBAT MFs)were prepared by coaxial electrospinning instrument.Finally,PBAT HPMFs were prepared by washing and drying.The results show that the PBAT HPMFs prepared by electrospinning show a three-dimensional structure and multi-scale diameter,including micron,submicron and nanometer,and the pore size on the fiber is nanometer.When the ratio of PBAT/PVP is 7/3,the pore density of PBAT HPMFs is the best.The pore density of PBAT HPMFs directly affects the mechanical properties,thermodynamic properties and biodegradability.And the prepared PBAT HPMFs and PBAT MFs have good biocompatibility.
