摘 要:探索了辐照剂量和交联敏化剂(TAIC)用量对交联聚乙烯发泡材料性能的影响,对辐射交联聚乙烯发泡材料(IXPE)的力学性能、泡孔形态和凝胶含量等进行了分析。结果表明,IXPE的交联程度随辐照剂量和TAIC用量的增加而增加,凝胶含量为70%~91%时,母片发泡状态良好。TAIC的加入虽然有助于LDPE交联程度的提高,但不利于IXPE保持其柔软性。辐照剂量为80~100 kGy时,IXPE的综合力学性能最好。SEM结果显示辐照剂量在100 kGy以内时,IXPE内部泡孔的尺寸较大,均匀性较好。辐照剂量为120 kGy时,在大泡孔周围开始出现小泡孔。随着TAIC用量的增加,IXPE内部泡孔尺寸逐渐减小并开始变得不均匀,出现了大量串孔现象。The effects of irradiation dose and dosage of crosslinking sensitizer(TAIC)on the properties of crosslinking polyethylene foams were explored,and the mechanical properties,pore morphology and gel content of radiation crosslinking polyethylene foams(IXPE)were analyzed.The results show that the crosslinking degree of IXPE increases with the increase of irradiation dosage and TAIC dosage.When the gel content is between 70%and 91%,the foaming state of the sheet is better.Although the addition of TAIC helps to improve the crosslinking degree of LDPE,it is not conducive to IXPE to maintain its flexibility.When the irradiation dose is between 80 and 100 kGy,the comprehensive mechanical properties of IXPE are the best.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)results show that the size of the inner pores of IXPE is larger and the uniformity is better when the irradiation dose is less than 100 kGy.When the irradiation dose is 120 kGy,small pores begin to appear around the large pores.With the increase of the amount of TAIC,the pores size in IXPE gradually decreases and begins to become uneven,resulting in a large number of perforating pores.
