摘 要:提出了一种线圈内置式的变模温模具原位感应加热新方法。首先,基于广义的模具“元胞”模型,建立了模拟模具感应加热过程的电磁-热多物理场耦合的有限元模型以评估方案的可行性;随后,为实现模腔表面快速且均匀加热的目标,提出了集试验设计、响应曲面建模和粒子群优化算法于一体的模具感应加热系统多目标优化策略。结果表明,采用该策略可快速获得模具感应加热系统的优化设计参数,优化后模腔表面的加热效率和温度分布均匀性分别提高了38.3%和67.7%。最后,以工业外壳塑件为例阐述了优化设计参数在实际变模温模具感应加热系统设计中的应用,并提出了基于优化参数沿模腔表面布局随形感应线圈的设计方法,结果证实了该方法的有效性和优化参数的普适性。A new variotherm molding mold heating method based on built-in induction coils was proposed in this work.Firstly,the coupled electromagnetic-thermal analysis model was established to numerically simulate the mold heat transfer based on a generalized cell model of the mold.Then,aiming at rapid and uniform heating of mold cavity surface,a multi-objective optimization strategy for designing the mold induction heating system was developed by combining the design of experiment,response surface modelling and particle swarm optimization algorithm.The results show that the optimum design parameters of mold induction heating system can be readily obtained by using this strategy,and the cavity surface heating efficiency and temperature distribution uniformity are respectively improved by 38.3%and 67.7%for the mold with the optimized induction heating system.Lastly,a plastic housing is taken as an example to illustrate the application of optimum design parameters in induction heating system design for the actual industrial molds,and a design method for arranging the conformal induction coils along mod cavity surface based on the optimum parameters is also proposed,the results have demonstrated the effectiveness of proposed design method and the general applicability of optimum design parameters.
