摘  要:为解决中空灯笼吹塑成型过程中壁厚不均的问题,采用ANSYS软件中的Polyflow模块进行型坯吹胀过程的数值模拟。通过设计3因素3水平正交试验,研究吹胀压力、吹胀时间及黏度等因素对制件壁厚均匀度的影响,从而得出最优工艺参数组合。经分析得出最优工艺组合为吹胀压力1.5 MPa、吹胀时间0.2 s、黏度6000 Pa·s,其中吹胀压力和黏度是主要影响因素,吹胀时间的影响较小。最后通过生产验证该最优工艺参数生产的产品口部平整无变形,壁厚均匀性提高,符合生产要求。In order to solve the problem of uneven wall thickness in the process of blow molding of hollow lanterns,the billet blowing process was simulated numerically using the Polyflow module of ANSYS software.By designing three factors and three levels orthogonal experiment,the influence of blowing pressure,blowing time and viscosity on the uniformity of the wall thickness was studied,so as to get the optimal combination of process parameters.The analysis shows that the optimal process combination is as follows:blowing pressure 1.5 MPa,blowing time 0.2 s,viscosity 6000 Pa·s,among which blowing pressure and the viscosity are the main influencing factors,blowing time has little effect.Finally,the products produced by the optimal process parameters are smooth without deformation,and the wall thickness uniformity is improved,which meets the production requirements.
