摘 要:3D打印聚乳酸(PLA)材料的压缩性能是其在海洋领域应用的一个非常重要的指标。通过改变打印参数对PLA材料的压缩性能进行测试。结果表明,当打印温度为230℃,打印速度为40 mm/s,打印层厚为0.3 mm时,PLA试样的压缩强度最大(63.20 MPa),且打印温度对材料的压缩强度影响最大;随着填充率的升高,材料的压缩性能逐渐提高,且填充率为40%~60%时,材料的塑性较好;内六边形的填充图案压缩强度较高,且打印方向与受力方向平行时材料的耐压性更好。The compression property of three dimensional(3D)printed polylactic acid(PLA)material was a very important indicator for their application in the marine sector.In this paper,the compressive properties of PLA material were tested by changing the printing parameters.The results show when the printing temperature is 230℃,the printing speed is 40 mm/s and the print layer thickness is 0.3 mm,the compressive strength of PLA specimens is the largest and the printing temperature has the greatest influence on the compressive strength of the material.With the increase of the filling rate,the compressive properties of the material gradually are improved.The plasticity of the material is better when the filling rate is 40%~60%.The compression strength of the filling pattern is higher for the inner hexagon,and the compressive strength of the material is better when the printing direction is parallel to the force direction.
