摘  要:以秸秆纤维作为填充物、偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)为化学发泡剂制备了微孔发泡秸秆纤维聚丙烯复合材料,利用扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱测量仪等对秸秆纤维聚丙烯微发泡复合材料热老化后的性能进行了研究。结果表明,复合材料在热老化96 h时,力学性能下降幅度小,各项性能保持率较高,随着老化时间增加,复合材料的力学性能下降幅度超过90%,样品表面出现纤维脱落现象。随着老化时间的增加,复合材料断面粗糙度增加,出现裂缝和孔隙,并且复合材料内部的泡孔会发生合并和坍塌,泡孔平均直径增加泡孔密度减少,泡孔结构变差。Microcellular foamed straw fiber polypropylene composite was prepared with straw fiber as filler and azodicarbonamide(AC)as chemical foaming agent.The thermal aging properties of the straw fiber polypropylene microfoaming composite were studied by scanning electron microscope and infrared spectroscopy.The results show that the mechanical properties of the composites decrease slightly and the retention rate of various properties is high after thermal aging for 96 h.With the increase of aging time,the mechanical properties of the composites decrease by more than 90%,and the fiber shedding occurs on the surface of the sample.With the increase of aging time,the cross section roughness of the composite material increases,cracks and pores appear,and the bubble inside the composite material will merge and collapse,the average diameter of the bubble hole increases,the density of the bubble hole decreases,and the structure of the bubble hole deteriorates.
