摘  要:通过对废弃的丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)进行双螺杆挤出造粒,制备了一种高品质再生ABS材料。并对再生ABS材料和原生ABS材料进行了动态热机械、扫描电镜和红外光谱对比分析,研究了两者成型制件在不同老化时间下,外观、力学性能、熔体流动性能以及微观形态的变化规律。结果表明,随着老化时间的延长,相较于原生ABS材料,再生ABS材料拉伸强度下降2 MPa、断裂伸长率较老化前下降7%、色差增大到5以上,但缺口冲击强度只下降0.9 kJ/m 2,这主要因再生ABS材料多次加工和长期使用后降解引发聚合物发生相分离导致。A high-quality recycled acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer(ABS)material was prepared by regenerating and granulating the ABS waste.The changes of appearance,mechanical properties,melt flow index and microscopic morphology of recycled ABS and virgin ABS under different aging time were studied by dynamic mechanical analysis,scanning electron microscope and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The results show that with the increase of aging time,comparing with the virgin ABS material,the tensile strength of the recycled ABS material decreases by 2 MPa,the elongation at break decreases by 7%,the color difference increases to more than 5 remain good,but the notched impact strength only decreases by 0.9 kJ/m 2,which is mainly due to the phase separation caused by the degradation of recycled ABS after multiple processing and long-term use.
