摘 要:采用物理共混的方法,研究了成核剂HPN-68L对顺丁橡胶(BR)增韧等规聚丙烯(iPP)材料性能的影响。利用广角X射线衍射仪(WXRD)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、偏光显微镜(POM)等测试手段探究了HPN-68L对iPP/BR共混物的结晶行为和力学性能的影响。结果表明,HPN-68L在高温下诱导iPP结晶,并且起到了物理凝胶的作用,HPN-68L的添加使BR在降温过程中由于iPP的凝固化而被限阈均匀地分散在基体中,BR在iPP基体中得到固定从而减小团聚带来的材料性能恶化。当HPN-68L质量分数为0.6%(以iPP、BR、HPN-68L总质量为基准,下同),加入30%顺丁橡胶时,材料的最大冲击强度达到17.216 kJ/m^(2),比纯iPP冲击强度高出236.91%,断裂伸长率由69.23%提高至176.32%。The effect of nucleating agent HPN-68L on the properties of butadiene rubber(BR)toughened isotactic polypropylene(iPP)was studied by physical blending method.The effects of HPN-68L on the crystallization behavior and mechanical properties of iPP/BR blends were investigated by wide angle X-ray diffraction(WXRD),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and polar light microscopy(POM).The results show that the HPN-68L induces the crystallization of polypropylene at high temperature and acts as a physical gel,which makes the BR uniformly dispersed in the matrix due to the iPP solidification during the cooling process,and the BR is fixed in the iPP matrix,thus reducing the deterioration of the material properties caused by agglomeration.When the mass content of HPN-68L reaches 0.6%(based on the total mass of iPP,BR and HPN-68L,the same below)and with the addition of 30%BR,the maximum impact strength reaches up to 17.216 kJ/m 2,which is 236.91%higher than that of pure iPP.The elongation at break increases from 69.23%to 176.32%.
