摘  要:依托安徽交控工业化建造有限公司工程实例,对其T梁构件蒸养制度进行了系统性研究。采取对照试验的方式,分别研究了预养时间、升温速率、恒温时间、恒温温度和降温速率五个参数对于C50混凝土前期和后期力学性能的影响。最终得出了最优的蒸养制度,并通过浇筑预制节段进行构件验证试验。试验结果表明:T梁节段的强度在新的蒸养制度下得到了有效提高。In this paper,a systematic study was conducted on the steaming system of T-beam members of Anhui Jiaocontrol Industrialized Construction Co.The effects of five parameters,namely pre-curing time,heating rate,constant temperature,constant temperature and cooling rate,on the mechanical properties of C50 concrete were investigated in a controlled test.The optimal steaming system was finally derived,and the test was verified by casting precast sections.The test results showed that the strength of the T-beam sections was effectively improved under the new steaming regime.
