摘　　要：以肇庆市独立坐标系构建为实例,介绍了山区城市坐标系统变形计算、评估以及建立独立坐标系的方法,着重介绍了新建独立坐标系双中央子午线的方案,为基于双中央子午线的城市独立坐标系建立提供了实践经验,具有一定的参考意义。Taking independent coordinate system construction in Zhaoqing city as an example,this paper introduces the mountainous city coordinate system deformation calculation,evaluation and the method of establishing independent coordinate system,emphatically introduces the independent coordinate system construction based on double central meridians,which provides practical experience and has certain reference significance.
