摘　　要：研究了移动GIS开发技术,并且接入北斗接收机实现移动GIS的手簿差分,在Android端实现厘米级RTK定位,在地图方面切片高精度栅格和矢量底图,实现GIS数据的符号化显示、放样、数据采集及属性查询,矢量GIS的分级数据加载,避免了GIS数据运行卡顿的情况,在巡查中定位精度可达2—5 cm,已应用在管网巡检项目中,且效果良好。This paper studies the development technology of mobile GIS,connects Beidou receiver to realize the manual difference of mobile GIS,realizes centimeter level accuracy RTK positioning on Android,slices high-accuracy grid and vector base map in map,and realizes the symbolic display,layouting,data acquisition and attribute query of GIS data.The hierarchical data loading of vector GIS avoids the jamming of GIS data operation.The results have been applied in the pipe network inspection project with good results.
