摘　　要：目的 探讨婴幼儿佩戴pavlik吊带时平卧位冠状切面超声检查评估髋关节复位的应用。方法 利用平卧位冠状切面对佩戴pavlik吊带治疗早期的婴幼儿进行超声检查,观察股骨头复位情况。评估与X线检查结果的一致性,并评价平卧位冠状切面在不同经验检查者之间的可重复性。结果 超声评估佩戴pavlik吊带状态下27个股骨头复位,4个股骨头脱位,1个活动后易脱位。超声检查结果与X线检查结果一致。平卧位冠状切面在不同经验检查者之间的可重复性几乎完全一致,Kappa值为0.84。结论 平卧位冠状切面超声检查对佩戴pavlik吊带的发育性髋关节发育不良(DDH)婴儿有重要应用价值,可有效监测股骨头复位情况。Objective To explore the application of supine coronal section ultrasonography in evaluating hip joint reduction in infants with pavlik harness.Methods Ultrasound examination was performed on infants in the early stage of treatment with pavlik harness on the coronal section in supine position to observe the reduction of femoral head.To evaluate The consistency with X-ray examination results was evaluated and the repeatability of coronal plane in supine position was evaluated among different experience examiners.Results Ultrasound evaluation was used to evaluate the reduction of 27 femoral heads,dislocation of four femoral heads and dislocation of one femoral head after movement under the condition of wearing the pavlik harness.The results of ultrasonic examination were consistent with those of X-ray examination.The repeatability of coronal plane in supine position was almost identical among examinees with different experiences,and the Kappa value was O.84.Conclusions The supine coronal ultrasound examination has important application value for(developmental dysplasia of the hip)DDH infants wearing pavlik harness.
