摘 要:针对双碳目标下养殖场粪污资源化处理、能源供需间协调优化的问题,提出一种考虑粪污处理设施供能特性与动态热需求协同的优化运行模型。首先,根据数据拟合得到沼气产量与进料量的关系,构建以内燃机为动力系统的沼气热电联供系统的数学模型。其次,考虑进料量、发酵温度以及外界环境温度对热负荷需求的影响,建立厌氧罐动态热负荷热平衡模型。在此基础上,考虑进料量、外界环境温度等因素的不确定性,以系统投资收益率最大为目标函数,构建热电联供系统优化运行模型。通过合理调配进料量,该模型可实现能源供给侧设备的最佳运行参数和能源需求侧的能量需求。算例结果表明,所提优化运行模型可实现沼气热电联供系统经济性的提升,同时能促进余热的有效利用。Aiming at the problems of waste resource treatment and coordination and optimization between energy supply and demand in livestock farms under the two-carbon target,an optimal operation model was proposed which considered the coordination between energy supply characteristics and dynamic thermal demand of waste treatment facilities.Firstly,the relationship between the biogas production and the feeding volume is obtained according to the data fitting,and the mathematical model of the biogas cogeneration system is established with the internal combustion engine as the power system.Secondly,the dynamic heat load and balance model of the anaerobic tank is established,considering the influence of feeding volume,fermentation temperature and external environment temperature on the heat load demand.On this basis,considering the uncertainty of factors such as the feeding volume and the external environment temperature,an optimal operation model of the combined heat and power system is constructed,taking the maximum return of system investment as the objective function.Through reasonable adjustment of the feeding volume,the model realizes the optimal operating parameters of the equipment on the energy supply side and the energy requirements on the energy demand side.The results of the calculation examples show that the proposed optimized operation model realizes the economical improvement of the biogas cogeneration system,and promotes the effective use of waste heat in the meantime.
