摘  要:为研究在低环境温度(-25℃)下不同供暖水温对低温空气源热泵(ASHP)的制热性能的影响,研制一种新型全尺寸双系统空气源热泵样机,该样机可用作工业化的商业产品,并采用液体载冷剂(LSR)法计算制热量。实验结果表明:在-25℃环境温度下,供暖水温从41~55℃时,样机的制热量由29.57 kW降至19.71 kW,降低了33.33%,消耗功率从19.20 kW增至23.36 kW,增长了21.69%,制热性能系数从1.54降至0.84,降低了45.45%。该研究可为空气源热泵在低温环境下的应用提供参考。To study the heating performance of a commercial ASHP with different water-supply temperatures at low ambient temperature,a novel full-scale dual-system ASHP prototype was developed.The liquid secondary refrigerant(LSR)method was used to calculate the heating capacity.The prototype can be used as a commercial product for industrialization.Experiment results show that at the ambient temperature of -25 ℃,with the hot-water-supply temperature varying from 41 to 55 ℃,the heating capacity of the prototype is reduced from 29.57 to 19.71 kW,with 33.33% reduction.The consumption power increases from 19.20 to 23.36 kW,with increasement of 21.69%.And the COP_h is reduced from 1.54 to 0.84 by 45.45%.This study can provide a beneficial reference for the application of commercial ASHP at the low temperature environment.
