摘  要:为了探明下料点位置、充填流量和料浆质量分数对充填接顶率的影响规律和采场内膏体流动规律,利用自主研发的采场模型,开展相似模拟试验。依据试验结果建立接顶率预测模型,并与采场实际接顶率相对比验证模型可靠性。研究结果表明:地下采场膏体流动规律分为四个阶段,分别是简单剪切流动阶段、双层剪切流动阶段、下部沉积与上层剪切阶段及上层剪切阶段。料浆质量分数、下料口位置和充填流量是影响采场接顶率的重要因素,就影响程度而言料浆质量分数>下料口位置>充填流量。接顶率随料浆质量分数增加而降低,随下料口位置向采场内延伸而升高,随充填流量的变化很小。基于试验结果构建了三因素接顶率预测模型,与实际接顶率对比,预测误差约7.6%。本研究成果可为充填采场接顶率预测提供理论支撑。To find out the influence of slurry entrance,filling flow rate,and slurry mass fraction on filling rate and paste flow law in the stope.Using a self-developed stope model,a similar simulation test is carried out.Based on the experimental results,the prediction model of roof ratio is established and compared with the actual roof rate to verify the reliability of the model.The results show that the flow law of paste in underground stope is divided into four stages.Simple shear flow stage,double shear flow stage,lower deposition and upper shear stage,and upper shear stage.The slurry mass fraction,the position of the discharge port,and the filling flow rate are important factors affecting the roof rate of the stope.In terms of the degree of influence,the slurry mass fraction>slurry entrance>the filling flow rate.The top rate decreases with the increase of slurry mass fraction,increases with the extension of the slurry entrance to the stope,and changes little with the filling flow rate.Based on the experimental results,a three-factor top rate prediction model is constructed.Compared with the actual top rate,the prediction error is about 7.6%.The research results can provide theoretical support for the prediction of roof contact rate of filling stope.
