摘 要:地下矿山随着开采深度的不断变化,高地压、大应力产生的安全风险及固废产生的环保风险将成为制约企业安全生产的重要因素,目前众多资源开采型企业均大力推广使用膏体充填采矿法解决该风险,但膏体充填工艺发展时间较短,基础理论研究成熟度有待完善,下向式膏体充填采矿法实施过程中时常出现假底受力骨架裸露、人工假底保护层脱落等安全隐患。本文基于膏体充填采矿法人工假底变形理论,对影响假底形变的几种因素进行了分析,特别是对膏体充填实际应用中假底保护层的脱落原因进行了逐项列举,就对应的预防性措施予以阐述,将目前膏体充填研究方向从配比强度优化、自流管线输送方面延伸至膏体物理性质变化理论。为完善膏体充填采矿法人工假底变形理论提供了理论依据,也为下向式膏体充填采矿法的推广使用提供了例证。With the continuous change of mining depth in underground mines,safety risks generated by high ground pressure and large stress,as well as environmental risks from solid waste,will become important factors constraining enterprise safety production.Currently,many resource-extracting enterprises are vigorously promoting the use of paste backfill mining methods to address these risks.However,the paste backfill process has a short development time and the maturity of its basic theoretical research needs to be improved.During the implementation of the downward paste backfill mining method,there are often safety hazards such as the exposure of the false bottom skeleton and the detachment of the artificial false bottom protection layer.This paper analyzes several factors that affect false bottom deformation based on the theory of artificial false bottom deformation in the paste backfill mining method.In particular,it lists the reasons for the detachment of the protection layer in the actual application of paste backfill and expounds on corresponding preventive measures.This expands the current research direction of paste backfill from ratio strength optimization and self-flow pipeline transportation to the theory of physical property changes of paste.This provides a theoretical basis for improving the theory of artificial false bottom deformation in the paste backfill mining method and also provides an example for the promotion and use of the downward paste backfill mining method.
