摘　　要：结合过去三年全球新冠肺炎疫情背景下的海事执法业务实践,以应用无线自组网技术解决船舶监督检查问题为切入点,介绍了一套海事机关船舶远程监管业务解决方案,进而提出无线自组网技术在海上移动通信建设、船舶油污监测防治等海事关键业务领域的技术应用构想。Based on the author's practice of maritime law enforcement in the context of the global COVID-19 in the past three years,this paper introduces a set of solutions for the remote ship supervision by the maritime administration,proceeding from the application of the wireless Ad-Hoc network technology in solving the problems of ship supervision and inspection.Furthermore,it proposes the technical application conception of the wireless Ad-Hoc network technology in key maritime affairs such as maritime mobile communication construction,ship pollution monitoring,prevention and control.
