摘　　要：从海事执法检查中的常见缺陷出发,通过研究生活污水非法排放的几种常见方式,探讨生活污水处理装置的实时监测和超标报警的实现,为提高船舶防污染诊断和监测的整体实力,提升自动化程度与防污染管理水平提供借鉴。Proceeding from the common defects identified in maritime inspection for law enforcement,the paper studies the common patterns of illegal sewage discharge and probes into the realization of the simultaneous monitoring of sewage treatment apparatus and warning for discharge beyond the standard,aiming at enhancing the overall capacity of ship pollution diagnosis and monitoring and providing reference for the enhancement of automation and pollution prevention.
