摘　　要：通过分析研究福州航运业发展现状和困难,提出改革福州航运业发展效率的有效建议,为更好提升福州航运业发展效率和质量提供了科学指导。This paper analyzes and studies the current situation and difficulties of the development of Fuzhou's shipping industry,proposes effective suggestions for reforming and improving the efficiency of Fuzhou's shipping industry development,and provides scientific guidance for enhancing the efficiency and quality of Fuzhou's shipping industry development.
