摘 要:以礼河四级水电站复建工程机组为4台冲击式机组,运行时尾水系统为明渠流运行,下游为白鹤滩水库,库内水位变幅较大,尾水系统内为非恒定流。白鹤滩库水位较高时,不运行时也能出现库水位回水至隧洞的情况;机组正常运行时,尾水主洞、尾水支洞水流会产生局部涌高、冲击洞顶现象。通过数学模型计算及物理模型试验验证工程尾水系统安全性与合理性,为工程的永久运行稳定提供技术支撑和有力保证。Four impact units are used in Yilihe Fourth Cascade Hydropower Station Reconstruction Project,and the tailrace system operates as open channel flow during operation.The downstream of the project is Baihetan Reservoir with large water level variation.The tailrace system has an unsteady flow.When the water level of Baihetan Reservoir is high,the water level of the reservoir can return to the tunnel when it is not running.When the unit operates normally,the water flow in the tailwater main tunnel and tailwater branch tunnel will cause local surge and impact on the top of the tunnel.In this paper,the safety and rationality of the project tailrace system are verified by mathematical model calculation and physical model test,which provides technical support and strong guarantee for the permanent operation and stability of the project.
