摘  要:基于FAHP-TOPSIS方法制定了以礼河四级水电站引水竖井工程的施工风险评价指标体系,进一步通过模糊层次分析法计算得到了各指标的相对权重,最终建立了以礼河四级水电站引水竖井施工风险评估模型。通过计算分析可知,以礼河四级水电站引水竖井的施工风险均属Ⅳ级,即为中高风险等级,施工过程中必须严格采取风险防控措施,提高工程质量。Based on FAHP-TOPSIS method,this paper establishes construction risk evaluation index system of Yilihe Fourth Cascade Hydropower Station Diversion shaft project,and obtains relative weight of each index through calculation of fuzzy AHP.Finally,the construction risk assessment model of diversion shaft of Lihe Grade IV Hydropower Station is established.Through calculation and analysis,it can be seen that the construction risk of the diversion shaft of Yilihe Fourth Cascade Hydropower Station belongs to Grade IV,which is of medium or high risk level.During construction,risk prevention and control measures must be strictly taken to improve project quality.
