引水竖井大直径反井钻机一次成型施工消耗量研究

摘　　要：水电建筑工程现行定额标准无φ4.5 m反井钻机预算定额,以云南以礼河四级电站复建工程引水竖井大直径反井钻机一次成型施工工序为研究对象,在施工过程中对人工、材料、机械消耗量数量进行现场观测,采用写实记录法对φ4.5 m反井钻机施工工序的人工、材料、机械消耗量进行了测定,综合整理形成资源消耗量定额表,通过分析对比得出实测预算定额下的单价。Current quota standard for hydropower construction projects does not have budget quota for 4.5 m diameter raise-boring machine.This paper takes the construction procedure of large diameter raise-boring machine in the diversion shaft of Yilihe Fourth Cascade Hydropower Station Reconstruction Project in Yunnan Province.During the construction process,the quantity of labor,material and machinery consumption is observed on site,and the consumption of labor,material and machinery during the construction process of 4.5 m diameter raiseboring machine is determined by means of realistic recording method,and a quota table of resource consumption is formed by comprehensive arrangement.Through analysis and comparison,unit price under measured budget quota is obtained.
